Personal Information We Collect

How We Use Your Personal Information
We use Order Information to fulfil orders (processing payment, arranging delivery, sending confirmations and invoices), to communicate with you, to screen for potential fraud, and, where you've opted in, to send you marketing communications.
We use Device Information to help detect fraud and to understand how customers use the Site through Shopify's built-in analytics, so we can improve site performance and evaluate our marketing.

Shopify powers our online store and processes payments; you can read about their privacy practices at shopify.com/legal/privacy. Klaviyo sends our marketing and transactional emails. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives data via the Meta Pixel to help us measure and deliver advertising on those platforms; you can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads and read about Meta's privacy practices in their own policy. Farfill, our fulfilment partner, and Royal Mail receive the information needed to pack and deliver your order.
We may also share Personal Information to comply with the law, respond to a lawful request, or protect our rights.
Advertising and Cookies
We use the Meta Pixel to deliver and measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram based on your activity on our Site. Marketing preference data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
